Yes, our factories are in Selangor, Malaysia, 30 minutes’ car driving from the seaport Klang and Kuala Lumpur airport. We have 4 quartz pressing lines for quartz slabs, and fabrication plant for quartz countertops –prefabs and custom countertops for projects.
Our factory covers about 23,000 square meters (250,000 sqft ) with 150 workers.
Our main market is USA with quartz slabs, prefabs and custom countertops.
We only use the up-to-date machines, high quality raw materials imported from India, China, Turkey and hire experienced workers in stone production; we also bring in Chinese managers and workers to improve our whole production quality and efficiency. Our quartz is very compact with density is 2.4+ g/cm3.
We are the quartz manufacturer on the record in Malaysia. Our raw materials are imported from many ASEAN countries with duty free, such as India, China, Vietnam to get the best rates and availability. We also train our local workers by experienced experts to balance our costs, but for key positions, we only use skilled workers with high salaries.
Yes, we do color match for any specified color from any manufacturer for any quartz products –slabs, prefabs and cut to size countertops.
We provide breakdown from the plans, make CAD drawings, do color match, make mock-up for approval, and also offer design suggestion for your actual projects need, this include the color selection, countertops styles and packing, loading and logistics.
